Maryland’s Capital Budget Map
Maryland’s Capital Budget Map allows you to see how capital dollars will be spent across the State of Maryland to construct public schools, roads, parks and libraries. This interactive map identifies most, but not all, major capital expenditures. Some projects, such as investment in the MARC train system, are statewide and cannot be tied to a specific location. For this reason, totals attributed to counties are not complete. For the authoritative account on Maryland’s 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and all capital expenditures, please visit the Department of Budget and Management’s website.
